Beyond his African adventure, Russ has completed numerous ultra-marathons, conquered the Marathon des Sables, and undertaken several other extreme endurance challenges worldwide.

The upcoming run promises not only the thrill of running alongside Russ but a 20 minute talk after the run where Russ will give some key insights into all things mental-health, resilience and fitness to our members.

This will take place at the Urban Social coffee house, where we'll be offering coffees and croissants on the house!
