Join us for a morning fun run with none other than The Hardest Geezer himself, Russ Cook!

Known for his incredible feat of running across Africa, Russ Cook has pushed the limits of human endurance and resilience. Beyond his African adventure, Russ has completed numerous ultra-marathons, conquered the Marathon des Sables, and undertaken several other extreme endurance challenges worldwide.

The upcoming run promises not only the thrill of running alongside Russ but a 20 minute talk after the run where Russ will give some key insights into all things mental-health, resilience and fitness to our members.

This will take place at the Urban Social coffee house, where we'll be offering coffees and croissants on the house!

Hardest Geezer, also known as Russ Cook, is an adventurer and endurance athlete renowned for his extreme challenges and fearless spirit. From running marathons in the Sahara Desert to trekking across icy terrains, he continually pushes the boundaries of human endurance, inspiring countless individuals with his determination and grit.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
