Challenge
Building the next generation of zero-trust B2B software is hard enough from a product point of view. But the distribution and marketing can be just as complicated. Worldr (backed by IQ Capital and Playfair Capital) run Microsoft Teams encryption platform and they spent months looking for the right marketing leader: someone with deep technical know-how but also enough consumer-focussed experience to communicate the benefits of the product in a succinct way. Hours upon hours were being spent sifting through candidates that weren't quite right, and after many months of searching - with funding rounds coming into view - this became an urgent problem that was seemingly impossible to resolve.
